B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory); MBA in Agri-Business/Marketing preferred. 5–6 years of experience in agri-input sales, technical marketing, distributor management, and commercial farming; exposure to biostimulants, fertilizers, biologicals, and African markets is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and achieve sales targets through distributor management, market expansion, and channel development.
  • Build relationships with commercial farms, dealers, retailers, and conduct farmer meetings, field days, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide technical agronomic support, resolve field issues, and ensure effective product adoption.
  • Lead field execution, mentor junior agronomists, and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • The job involves Sales & Marketing of Fertilizer/liquid fertilizer Bio, Organic, Micronutrient & Nano fertilizers.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets, collection targets and drive branding and field promotional activities.
  • Effective coordination with Dealers MDOs.
  • Execution of Product & Brand Strategies for the Product.
  • Demand generation activities.
